A three-course Dalmatian feast (65€ per person) for groups of 6 to 20, served family-style in our hidden, award-winning garden in Split. Book a day ahead and we'll usually confirm within the hour — dining today, just give us a call.

Komiška pogača & Dalmatian crudo
A warm island flatbread from our own sourdough starter, baked with anchovy, sweet onion and tomato. And our raw bar of the Adriatic: shrimp and tuna sashimi, oysters, prawns, sea bass and tuna tartare, lifted with fermented lemon, caper jam and pickled shallot.
Gregada
The oldest way to cook fish on these islands: sea bass and turbot gently stewed with potato, garlic, parsley, olive oil and white wine. Nothing added that the sea didn't ask for.
Rožata
Traditional Dubrovnik rožata: a silken caramel custard with cream and fresh strawberries.

Komiška pogača
A warm island flatbread from our own sourdough starter, baked with anchovy, sweet onion and tomato. The Adriatic in its oldest, simplest form.
Pašticada
Dalmatia's Sunday dish: beef larded and slow-braised for days in a sauce of prošek, red grapes and prunes, with Roman gnocchi. Patience you can taste.
Rožata
Traditional Dubrovnik rožata: a silken caramel custard with cream and fresh strawberries.
